Migrant Service Publication (MSP) was founded by former migrants who saw the need to advise people who were thinking about migrating to Australia. Handbooks were published for interested people.

MSP then changed its focus to advise people regarding pension entitlements from Europe and assist interested people with their claim. At that time Overseas Pension Consultants (OPC) was founded.

In 1999 the need was recognised to establish a branch in North America and now Overseas Pension and Compensation Consultants Inc (OPCC) is handling all enquiries from USA.

MSP, OPC and OPCC are specialised in German pension entitlements. One of the main objectives of the companies is to make former forced labourers who worked in Germany aware of their German pension entitlements.

In the year 2000 Germany established a compensation fund for former forced labourers during the 2nd World War. Subsequently MSP, OPC and OPCC gave advice regarding these entitlements and were also assisting with claims.

The Head office is in Perth/Western Australia with branches in Atlanta/USA and Brussels/Belgium.
